Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods and instant downloads, we have a strict refund policy.
1. General Rule
Since WordPress plugins and themes are digital goods downloaded instantly, they cannot be "returned." Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds once the software has been downloaded.
2. Exception: Faulty Products
If the plugin or theme is completely non-functional or significantly deviates from its description, and our developer support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (usually 48 hours), we will issue a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
3. Compatibility
Please note that we do not offer refunds for issues relating to third-party plugin conflicts or server configuration limitations. We ask that you verify compatibility before making a purchase.
